Application: Realisation of a continual sterilizing process for vegetable products such as baked beans in tomato sauce in cans 300 ml to 5 l.

Solution: Full Water Rotation Autoclave SRS 1300-4 HV (hydraulic closure) with fully automatic cage transport, loading/unloading station and a transport system which automatically loads the machines.

Application: Sterilization of potatoes and potato products in vacuum packed pouches of various sizes, 500 g to 10 kg. Integration in a cooling water regenerating system with process/cooling water separation and condensate recuperation system.

Solution: SAS 1300-4 HV-VA-KT-WT with heat exchanger to heat SV/PV and cooling.
